Groen Brothers Aviation, Inc. files all required reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), including annual (10KSB) and quarterly (10QSB) reports. The annual report is filed every year on June 30, the end of our fiscal year.  It provides a comprehensive overview of the company for the past year and contains such information as company history, organization, nature of business, equity, holdings, subsidiaries, and other pertinent financial information.  The quarterly report is filed at the end of the following three quarters, on September 30, December 31 and March 31.  It provides a continuing view of the company's financial position during the year.
